Orange County Company Pork Products Being Recalled

The pork products included in the recall are 11 ounce packages of Kim Loan Gio Song Pork Paste and 14 ounce Kim Loan Chien Fried Pork Loaf that were produced between January 22, 2010 and December 6, 2010.

A recall has been issued according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, involving two pork products from an Orange County Company.

The pork products recall has been issued, because the labels do not identify wheat as one of the ingredients, to warn those allergic.

The pork products included in the recall are 11 ounce packages of Kim Loan Gio Song Pork Paste and 14 ounce Kim Loan Chien Fried Pork Loaf that were produced between January 22, 2010 and December 6, 2010.

According to the USDA the Wednesday recall there was over 2,000 pounds of raw pork paste and ready to eat fried pork loaf from L & R Fashions in Garden Grove. According to the a branch of the USDA both of the recalled pork items contain undeclared wheat that was discovered during a label review at the company.
